FREE Shipping (U.S, Canada only)

Everyday Free Shipping is valid on purchases of $150 or more in the same order. We only do free shipping in Canada and United States. Eligible customers must select the "Free Shipping" option in the shopping bag to activate the free shipping. Offer is good for the order's first "ship-to" address anywhere in Canada or United States. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. 

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Domestic orders shipped via Standard FREE delivery typically arrive in 7 to 9 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Please allow up to 14 business days for shipments to remote locations.

 

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. You can choose either standard shipping or expedited shipping. Details see below.

 

4-9 Business Day Shipping and Handling (Standard)

Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via the 4-9 business day delivery option typically arrives in 4 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Please allow up to 14 days for shipments to remote locations.

 

2-3 Business Day Shipping and Handling

Orders placed with 2-3 business day delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 2:00 PM ET / 11:00 AM PT will arrive within 2-3 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification.

Orders placed with 2-3 business day delivery Monday through Friday after 2:00 PM ET / 11:00 AM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.

2-3 business day delivery to rural routes and remote locations may take up to 7 business days.

 

Multiple Shipments

Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.

 

Shipping Carriers

Domestic shipments are via Canada Post.  International shipments are via Fedex or UPS.

 

 

Cancellations

You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel your order please send an email to cs@michaeleardley.com and include your order number.  Once an order has been processed for shipping it is no longer able to be cancelled.

 

Returns

Sale items are marked "final sale" and cannot be returned.  A return authorization number must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.  The item must not be worn or washed and include all original xian tags.  Shipping fees are not refundable, the balance will be credited to your credit card within 7 days of receiving the package.  

Before proceeding to send a return, please ensure the return has been authorized by xian which means you have already contacted us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return transit, we recoomend using a shipping method that includes a tracking number and insurance.  For any questions regarding a return please contact us at info@contactxian.com

 

United States Returns

Returns from the U.S. must be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Returns shipped with any other service will incur brokerage fees which may be deducted from your return at the discretion of xian. All returned items should be declared as a "Return of Canadian Merchandise" on the customs declaration; returned packages that do not have this mention on their customs declaration may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and may incur additional fees or risk being rejected.Please follow the returns guidelines.
